This work is a detective suspense novel with the main perspective focused on antagonist characters.
As a storm is about to engulf the Hai City, the interrogation in the detention center reaches a stalemate. Faced with Route Haifeng, a suspect with several serious crimes who refuses to confess, frontline detective Lin Nan, feeling helpless, teams up with paparazzi reporter Wei Zhuo to dig deep into the clues and coax the truth out of Route Haifeng.
However, his “nine truths and one lie” narrative also triggers a “big storm” outside the detention center: witnesses remain silent, financial markets fluctuate, officials flee, and the case reaches a standstill… It gradually reveals a story of a fraudulent group hidden in the Hai city for over 20 years, intertwined with collusion and struggles between business, politics, and the government.

He has published several long-form detective crime novels, many of which have been adapted into films and television works.
