About the Author:
Houhua FAN, one of the participants, manufacturers, and witnesses of the “Huawei Miracle”, joined Huawei in 1996 and held key positions such as Vice President of Overseas Markets and Regional President. He spent three years in Huawei’s strategic research practice and began helping mainstream Chinese enterprises achieve “customer-centric” strategic transformation and management change in 2013. He conducted in-depth research on Huawei’s practices and summarized them into replicable methodologies. Current CEO of Camel Plan, professor of courses at the School of Management of Zhejiang University and MBA Center of Nankai University, and strategic consultant for domestic listed companies.
