HU have been responsible for the management, training, and development of core cadres in the group, cultural system construction, and enterprise university management.
He have also served as a core human resources executive in the group, have been fully involved in the construction of Huawei’s human resources system based on the principle of striving for excellence, and have created constructive results for the development of Huawei’s corporate culture, performance management, and cadre system.
