About the Author: Wanjin MAO, former director of Huawei’s Change Project Management Office and senior expert in human resources. I worked at Huawei from 1997 to 2020 and have over 20 years of experience in change management. I am a witness, participant, and designer of Huawei’s main reform implementation and governance process. I have been responsible for multiple departments at Huawei. During this period, I have gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and research of Huawei’s enterprise management and philosophy. I have systematically practiced and summarized Huawei’s management changes, processes, organization, human resources, and other aspects.
